On product, Forzza is one of the better-judged offshore operators we have looked at for East Africa: instant MTN and Airtel transfers, 28 sports, live betting with real match data, and a Rwandan welcome bonus whose 5x wagering at odds of 1.50 is genuinely clearable rather than decorative. The problem is the paperwork. Fast Lane B.V. holds a Curacao licence and nothing else - there is no Rwandan licence behind the Rwandan site, and Rwanda has its own licensing route through MINICOM. That leaves a Rwandan player with an offshore counterparty, no local regulator, and a support channel that is a contact form with a one-to-two day reply time. We corrected our own records while writing this: they previously described the Rwandan offer as carrying a 'Rwanda licence', which it does not.
