Gamblerfy is an independent information service. This page explains how we decide what to publish, how we stay independent from the operators we write about, and how we'll handle affiliate relationships if and when we add them.

Independence from operators

No operator can pay to change a rating, a score, or the wording of a review. Our rating methodology is published and applied the same way to every operator we cover. Commercial relationships (including future affiliate partnerships) never influence the score an offer receives.

No fabricated data

We do not publish betting-site reviews, ratings or bonus terms we haven't verified from a real source (the operator's own terms page, or a licensing authority's official record). Where our data is incomplete — for example, our current operator dataset for a given market — we say so explicitly rather than filling gaps with guesses. If you spot an error, tell us and we'll correct it.

Our data sources

Every licensed-site list on Gamblerfy is compiled from the official public register published by that market's regulator — copied as data, not paraphrased. These are the ten registers we currently track, each linked to the list we build from it:

Each list page links back to the regulator's official register so anyone can check our data against the source. See how to verify any site yourself in regulators by country.

Links, today and after Phase 2

Right now, every outbound link on Gamblerfy to a betting or casino operator is a plain, non-commercial link — we don't yet earn anything from clicks or sign-ups. If that changes in the future, every affiliate link will be clearly labelled as such, in line with the same regulatory disclosure rules operators themselves follow (for example, the ≥10% visible-notice requirement in force in Brazil, and equivalent rules elsewhere).

Licensing and legality

We only cover operators licensed in the markets we write about, and in every market we list operators licensed by that country's national regulator.

Corrections

Every guide shows a "last updated" date. When terms, laws or bonus mechanics change, we update the relevant page rather than leaving outdated information live. Spotted something wrong? Let us know.
