Claims a PAGCOR licence we could not find in five PAGCOR registers

No offer shown

We have withdrawn the TapWin offer in Philippines

No bonus is shown here on purpose. Tapwin's own pages say it has been licensed by PAGCOR since August 2018. We went looking for that licence in PAGCOR's own registers and could not find it. We checked five: the List of Gaming System Service Providers, Approved Game Offerings and Registered URLs; the registered Brands and Domain Names of Licensed Casinos; the registered Brands and Sub-brands of Licensed Casinos; the registered Domain Names/URLs of Licensed Casinos; and the List of PAGCOR-Accredited Gaming Affiliates, which is dated 16 July 2026. All five read cleanly and are full of real operators, so this is not a parsing failure - Tapwin and its domains appear in none of them. Two further things bother us. Every source we could find for the licence claim is published by the brand itself, spread across a swarm of near-identical mirror domains (tapwin.org.ph, tapwinfb.com, www-tapwin.com.ph, tapwin.asia, tapwin-casino.com), and one of those pages advertises an 'International License' rather than a PAGCOR one. Our own review of it rested on a single URL that returns 404. LIMIT OF WHAT WE CHECKED, stated plainly: we did not obtain every PAGCOR licence category - the List of Licensees for Gaming Venue Operations is a scanned image we could not read - so we cannot rule out a listing somewhere we did not reach. But a licence you cannot find in the regulator's registers is not a licence a reader can rely on, and we will not advertise a bonus on the strength of an operator's own claim.

We removed it on 20 July 2026. We would rather show you nothing than point you at an offer we cannot stand behind, so there is no sign-up link on this page. See every licensed betting site in Philippines →

Pros

  • Real, quantified welcome bonuses for both casino and sportsbook
  • An ongoing 8% daily deposit bonus beyond the welcome offer

Cons

  • Promoted through a swarm of near-identical mirror domains, with one page advertising an 'International License' rather than a PAGCOR one
  • Claims a PAGCOR licence held since August 2018, but neither the brand nor its domains appear in five PAGCOR registers we checked, including one dated 16 July 2026
  • Sportsbook side operates offshore — verify current licensing directly
  • Rollover requirements not fully quantified for the casino side in this research pass

Our verdict

THE LICENCE CLAIM DOES NOT CHECK OUT, and that is the only thing about this brand that matters. Tapwin says it has been licensed by PAGCOR since August 2018. We looked in five of PAGCOR's own registers - service providers and registered URLs, brands and domains of licensed casinos, brands and sub-brands, domain names, and the accredited gaming affiliates list dated 16 July 2026 - and Tapwin appears in none of them. Those documents read cleanly and list plenty of real operators, so this is not us failing to open a file. Everything asserting the licence traces back to the brand's own pages, published across a cluster of look-alike mirror domains, and one of them claims an 'International License' instead. We have withdrawn both Philippine offers. In fairness we could not read one PAGCOR list, which is a scanned image, so we cannot say we checked every category - but if you are about to deposit, the burden is not on you to find a licence the operator should be able to point to. What we used to list was a 20% casino match up to PHP 4,000 (or a 108% package up to PHP 58,888), a 20% sportsbook match with 3x rollover, and an ongoing daily deposit bonus. None of it is claimable through this page now. Its sportsbook operation was described as offshore.

How we rated it

Bonuses & value (18%)7.5

Real, quantified deposit-match bonuses for both casino and sportsbook, plus an ongoing daily deposit bonus.

Customer support (18%)7

No major documented complaint pattern found.

Sportsbook & Casino (36%)6.5

A casino and sportsbook active in the Philippines; sportsbook side operates offshore.

Trust & licensing (27%)3.5

Cut to 3.5. A brand that advertises a specific regulator licence which does not appear in that regulator's registers is the single worst signal we check for, and the mirror-domain sprawl around it does not help. We stop short of the floor only because one PAGCOR list was unreadable to us, so a listing we did not reach remains possible.

How we verified this

One thing we could not establish: who owns and operates this brand. The rest of this review is sourced, but an operator we cannot name is one you cannot hold to account.

Tapwin states it has been PAGCOR-licensed since August 2018. We could not find Tapwin or any of its domains in five PAGCOR registers, including the Accredited Gaming Affiliates list dated 16 July 2026 and the registered Brands/Domain lists for licensed casinos. All five documents were readable and populated. We did not read the List of Licensees for Gaming Venue Operations, which is published as a scanned image. Treat the licence claim as unverified.

About TapWin

TapWin has no claimable offer here. We withdrew it on 20 July 2026, and this page exists to explain why rather than to send anyone to it.

TapWin FAQ

Is Tapwin really licensed by PAGCOR?

We could not confirm it, and we tried hard. Tapwin's own pages say it has been PAGCOR-licensed since August 2018. We searched five PAGCOR registers - the service providers and registered URLs list, the registered brands and domain names of licensed casinos, the brands and sub-brands list, the domain names list, and the accredited gaming affiliates list dated 16 July 2026 - and found no trace of Tapwin or its domains, in documents that otherwise list real operators in full. One PAGCOR list, for gaming venue operations, is a scanned image we could not read, so we cannot claim to have checked every category. What we can tell you is that a genuine licensee can normally be found in the regulator's own records, and this one could not be.

Is TapWin safe and legit?

TapWin's casino side is described as PAGCOR-linked, while its sportsbook operates offshore. Verify current licensing directly. No major scandal was found during this research.

What is the TapWin welcome bonus?

There is no claimable bonus. Tapwin's own pages say it has been licensed by PAGCOR since August 2018. We went looking for that licence in PAGCOR's own registers and could not find it.
