Three signals point to closure: a Serbian casino review site states flatly 'Victory kladionica i kazino je zatvorena i ne radi kao online platforma' (Victory bookmaker and casino is closed and does not operate as an online platform); a Facebook post states the same in Serbian; and our own check of www.victory.rs returned HTTP 402 Payment Required from a domain hosted on Vercel - unusual infrastructure for a live licensed sportsbook, and consistent with an abandoned or lapsed project rather than production betting software. Against that, other Serbian betting-directory pages describe Victory as active in 2026 with full licensing - but directory listings are exactly the kind of source that goes stale without anyone checking, which is the failure mode we have corrected repeatedly today. One point cuts through the ambiguity regardless of which side is right: even a source describing Victory as currently operating states there is presently no welcome bonus for new users - directly contradicting the RSD 20,000 offer we had published. Whether the whole brand is closed or only the bonus has lapsed, the figure we were advertising is not one a reader can currently claim, so we withdraw it.

This page is a contradiction we are publishing rather than smoothing over, because we could not settle it ourselves. The operating company is solid: Victory 247 d.o.o. Beograd, licensed by Serbia's Ministry of Finance under the Administration for Games of Chance, trading since 2019 and independent since December 2021. That much is corroborated across company registries. Whether the platform is still running is where the evidence splits. A Serbian casino review site states, in Serbian, that Victory's bookmaker and casino operation is closed and no longer runs online. A Facebook post says the same independently. We checked victory.rs ourselves and got HTTP 402 Payment Required from a domain hosted on Vercel - unusual infrastructure for a production sportsbook, and more consistent with an abandoned or lapsed deployment than a live betting platform. Set against that, other Serbian betting directories describe Victory as fully active and licensed in 2026. We do not weight those as heavily: directory listings are precisely the source type we have caught standing unchecked and stale, repeatedly, across other brands today. We have not declared the brand closed, because the evidence does not let us say that with confidence either. What we can say, and act on: even the source describing Victory as still active in 2026 states in the same breath that there is currently no welcome bonus for new users.
