Ontario is a properly regulated market: operators are registered by the AGCO and hold an operating agreement with iGaming Ontario, and players must be 19 with verified ID. The welcome offer is a rare genuinely low one. Deposit C$10, receive C$40, and clear it at 5x rather than the 20-40x that is normal elsewhere. The restrictions matter though, and our earlier version listed none of them: the clock runs 7 days from registration, the bonus can only be played on Wheel of Fortune slots, and jackpot slots do not count. On the operator's record, Ontario's regulator has acted.
