Avoid: no licence, documented unpaid withdrawals, and no lawful Indian market

Not available lawfully here

Is Yolo247 legal in India?

No. Real-money gambling is banned in India. Under the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act 2025 (PROGA), in force since 1 October 2025, Yolo247 cannot lawfully offer you a welcome bonus here, and you cannot lawfully claim one.

PROGA bans all real-money gaming nationwide and criminalises its operation, promotion and financial facilitation. Banks, UPI and card networks are barred from processing money-gaming transactions, and by 28 March 2026 the government had blocked or actioned 8,376 betting and gambling URLs. source

Any Yolo247 bonus you see advertised for India is offered from an offshore site operating against local law. Your payments can be blocked, your account can vanish with a mirror domain, and no India regulator can help you recover funds. We therefore show no offer and no sign-up link on this page. Pros

    Cons

    • No valid licence and no alternative dispute resolution service - no escalation route if something goes wrong
    • casino.guru Safety Index 2.1 (Very low) with an explicit recommendation to avoid
    • Documented denied withdrawal of INR 84,280, with account details altered without authorisation
    • Delayed withdrawals and voided winnings also recorded
    • Did not respond to mediation; the complaint closed unresolved
    • Real-money gaming is banned in India, so nothing here is lawfully claimable there

    Our verdict

We rated this brand 7.4 on the strength of one affiliate page. That was wrong on two independent grounds, and either alone would have been enough. The first is the law. India banned online real-money gaming under the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025, in force since 1 October 2025, and the Act reaches services operated from outside India - an offshore licence changes nothing. Offering carries up to three years' imprisonment and INR 1 crore in fines. Advertising carries up to two years and INR 50 lakh, and advertising is what a site like this one does. We were publishing a 400% welcome bonus into that market. The second is conduct, and it is worse. casino.guru rates Yolo247 2.1 out of 10 - Very low - and tells players plainly to avoid it. Its complaint records include a player whose withdrawal of INR 84,280 was debited from the casino balance and never reached the bank, whose account details were altered without authorisation, and who then lost access to the account. Other complaints record delayed withdrawals and voided winnings. The operator did not respond to mediation and the case closed unresolved. The part that matters most is what a player can do about it: nothing. The brand holds no valid licence and subscribes to no alternative dispute resolution service, so there is no regulator to complain to and no arbitration to invoke. Money not paid out stays not paid out. One deliberate clarification, because the names invite a mistake: this is not Yolo (yolo.casino), an Estonian-licensed operator we review separately, which has nothing to do with this record.

    How we rated it

    Sportsbook & Casino (36%)3

No lawful Indian market to serve since 1 October 2025, and no licence anywhere we could find. There is nothing here we can recommend a reader use.

    Bonuses & value (18%)1.5

Cut from 8.5. The 400% headline is not lawfully claimable by an Indian reader, and casino.guru records denied withdrawals and voided winnings at this brand. A bonus you cannot lawfully take, at an operator documented not paying out, is worth nothing.

    Trust & licensing (27%)1.5

casino.guru Safety Index 2.1 (Very low) with an explicit recommendation to avoid. Complaints record a denied INR 84,280 withdrawal with account details changed without authorisation, plus delayed withdrawals and voided winnings; the operator ignored mediation and the case closed unresolved. No valid licence and no ADR service, so there is no escalation route.

    Customer support (18%)1.5

The operator did not respond to casino.guru mediation attempts. That is not slow support - it is no support at the moment it matters.

    How we verified this

One thing we could not establish: who owns and operates this brand. The rest of this review is sourced, but an operator we cannot name is one you cannot hold to account.

No offer is published for India: advertising real-money gaming there is a criminal offence under the 2025 Act. Conduct findings come from casino.guru complaint records rather than affiliate summaries, and we state explicitly that the brand has no licence and no alternative dispute resolution route.

    About Yolo247

Yolo247 is an offshore sportsbook and casino that targeted Indian players. We do not publish an offer for it and we do not recommend it. India banned online real-money gaming under the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025, in force 1 October 2025 and reaching operators based outside the country. Independently of the law, casino.guru rates the brand 2.1 out of 10 - Very low - and advises players to avoid it, recording denied and delayed withdrawals and voided winnings, including a player whose INR 84,280 withdrawal was debited but never credited, with account details changed without authorisation. The operator did not respond to mediation, holds no valid licence and uses no dispute-resolution service. Note this is NOT Yolo (yolo.casino), an Estonian-licensed casino reviewed separately here.
