Its operator, BETBR Loterias, holds a real SPA licence and a significant physical presence in Parana state, but as of 1 July 2026 it is being acquired by the Esportes da Sorte Group, alongside sister brands B1BET and BRBET, in a deal still under review by Brazil's antitrust authority CADE and not yet finalized. The acquiring group, Esportes Gaming Brasil, already holds its own definitive SPA licence since 2025, which is a reassuring sign about where this is headed - but the exact post-merger structure had not settled at the time of our research. On the independent service side, Reclame Aqui gives apostou.BET.BR a middling 6.1 out of 10 across 858 logged complaints - a real record, neither a standout nor a serious red flag. As with every Brazilian-licensed operator, there is no welcome bonus to expect - Lei 14.790/2023 bans sign-up and deposit bonuses market-wide since January 2025.
