That's a real regulatory foundation, but the reputation picture on top of it is weaker than most brands we've reviewed in this batch: a below-average 6.0/10 Reclame Aqui score, only just over half of complaints actually resolved, and less than half of evaluators saying they'd do business with Betfast again. Recurring complaints cover misleading advertising, refund disputes, slow support, and technical/login problems - a broader pattern of friction than a few isolated incidents.
