Guinée Games is Guinea's biggest betting brand, it is genuinely domestic, and it operates inside the LONAGUI framework rather than reaching in from offshore - all of which matters in a market where the alternative is often an operator with no local accountability at all. But we cannot give it a clean bill of health, because the public record will not support one. LONAGUI terminated its concession in June 2021 for 'violation of contractual clauses'; press reported in August 2022 that LONAGUI had taken control of the company; a separate 2022 communiqué said the brand fell outside an order transferring lottery activities to LONAGUI; and a new regulator, the ARSJPA, arrived in 2023. Those pieces do not assemble into a clear picture of who is licensed to do what today, and we could not find one.
