We want to report a serious lineage and transparency concern about Spinanga directly. Spinanga first appeared in 2023 as one of the last brands launched by Rabidi N.V. - the same corporate entity we previously flagged for sibling brands Sportuna and Sportaza, both carrying a documented licence status of REVOKED. Rabidi N.V. itself has since vanished amid a slew of complaints and legal issues, with Liernin Enterprises LTD now presented as the official successor owner - independent review explicitly states Liernin carries the same negative baggage as its predecessor. A previously-held Curacao licence was revoked, and while some sources cite a PAGCOR licence instead, we found a specific, serious allegation in a Trustpilot review that the actual operator is GENEFIX FZCO in Dubai, where online gambling is completely illegal under both federal and Sharia law - we report this allegation directly given its severity, without asserting it as independently confirmed beyond that single source. Documented complaints substantiate a real, recurring pattern of payment problems: multiple players report withdrawals not arriving after 5-6 business days; a Greek player waited over 12 days for a EUR 500 withdrawal with only vague assurances; and a specific Trustpilot complaint from February describes a EUR 8,500 withdrawal left unprocessed, with support repeatedly citing 'high workload in the finance department' without any timeline. The casino's own withdrawal policy caps players to 3 active withdrawals at a time with a EUR 500 maximum per request. For Finland and Norway specifically, Spinanga operates as a non-state, offshore/unlicensed brand in both, since Veikkaus and Norsk Tipping/Norsk Rikstoto hold their respective state gambling monopolies, so no locally regulated welcome bonus is available in either market.
