It offers a large game library of almost 5,000 titles from over 149 software developers, and one review source rates it 3.8/5 overall, describing it as legitimate with okay reliability. That said, we want to report documented complaints directly: multiple players describe withdrawal delays of 3 or more days despite a stated 24-72 hour processing target; one Finnish player faced repeated disputed claims that wagering requirements remained unmet despite having completed the required EUR 8,000 in wagering - a case eventually resolved when the casino paid the winnings into the player's account; and one player's account was disabled without explanation after winning on slots, leaving them unable to log back in to withdraw their winnings despite emailing customer service twice. For Norway specifically, Spinjo operates as a non-state, offshore/unlicensed brand, since Norsk Tipping and Norsk Rikstoto hold the state gambling monopoly there, so no locally regulated welcome bonus is available.
