Tete-a-Tete is operated by UAB 'Tete-a-tete' kazino, a Lithuanian-registered company established in 2003, holding a genuine remote gambling licence (No. 2016-DI-172) from Lithuania's Gaming Control Authority (Losimu Prieziuros Tarnyba), alongside Category B gaming-machine licences for physical venues across several Lithuanian towns (Palanga, Jurbarkas, Kursenai, and others). We want to report a specific, documented regulatory finding directly: the Gaming Control Authority fined the company EUR 15,000 for at least two separate violations found via an unscheduled inspection - unilaterally terminating a player's account/contract (the inspection itself was triggered by that player's own complaint) and imposing unfounded betting limits on a player in remote gambling. This is a real, specific enforcement action, not a rumor, and we report it honestly alongside the company's otherwise long-standing, genuinely licensed status and its role as a patron of Lithuanian sports and culture. No welcome bonus is available here or anywhere in Lithuania, since the country has banned all gambling promotional incentives since 1 July 2021 - a legal requirement, not a brand-specific shortfall. Given the genuine licence balanced against this documented enforcement action, we recommend moderate caution, particularly around account-closure and betting-limit practices.
